In recognition of an entry entitled:”Destination Waterloo: A Handbook for International Students” Category 2: Informational Brochures.

My Role: Team leader (of five writers) and lead editor review from the University of Waterloo (July 15, 1994): “Not just the scope and (as far as I can tell) accuracy of the information are far above the usual standard of handbooks I have seen from various institutions, but so is the quality of the writing – friendly and elegant at the same time. The team has done a first-rate job and I think we can be proud of them.”

2003 Trans European Society for Technical Communication Competition

In recognition of the excellent work of a Peer Review Team (three Judges) judging entries to the 2003 Trans European Technical Communications competition.

My Role: Evaluate submissions from three Technical Writers based in Scandinavia, France and Germany.
